Juices

                                Sapota juice Ingredients: Sapota Sugar Milk Cool water Preparation: Take 4-5 Sapotas, wash them and take the pulp out and remove seeds. Now add this pulp to the juicer or mixer, and add milk (which is boiled and cooled), sugar and grind it well. Now add little water to it and again grind it. Now take the juice into a big bowl and add cool water to it as you required accordingly. Now the Healthy sapota juice is ready to have and serve.

Kiwi juice

                                     Kiwi juice Ingredients: Kiwi fruits Lemon Sugar Salt Cool Water Preparation: First, take 2-3 Kiwi fruits then peel them off and cut them into pieces. Now add the kiwi pieces to the grinder now squeeze half a lemon or required lemon accordingly. Then add sugar as per your choice(3-4 tablespoons) and add a pinch of salt with a little water into it and grind it well. Now add cool water to the mixture and mix it well. Now the simple and cool Kiwi juice is ready to have and serve.
